Don’t forget to add weighted corners, you’ll have a straighter, cleaner look. If you have trouble with the flaps, there 2 things you can do: 1) Shorten the sides by creating a double hem (you calculated too large of a return) and 2) Get a rod with a bigger projection.

BEAUTIFUL! I love the fabric along the bottom. That IS NOT drab at all. I’d say it’s hip and sharp.
